Et tous ont vot\u00e9 pour Dieudonn\u00e9Kamuleta, conform\u00e9ment au r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur de la Cour.<\/p>\n<p>Ce dernier avait succ\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 Dieudonn\u00e9 Kaluba, le 22 juin 2022, apr\u00e8s un tirage au sort.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les dispositions de la loi organique portant organisation et fonctionnement de la Cour constitutionnelle, le Pr\u00e9sident de la Cour est \u00e9lu par ses pairs pour un mandat de trois ans renouvelable une seule fois dans les conditions d\u00e9termin\u00e9es par le r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur.
